- Phần thứ nhất: Nhập môn, giới thiệu môn học, vị trí của Giải phẫu răng trong mối liên hệ với các môn học khác và hệ thống thuật ngữ giải phẫu răng. - Phần thứ hai: Bộ răng vĩnh viễn, trình bày những khái niệm chung và cơ bản về hình thể răng, cung răng, tư thế lồng múi tối đa…- Phần thứ ba: Giải phẫu mô tả răng vĩnh viễn, trình bày đặc diểm giải phẫu của từng răng vĩnh viễn theo nhóm răng. - Phần thứ tư: Bộ răng sữa và giải phẫu mô tả răng sữa, trình bày về bộ răng sữa và đặc điểm giải phẫu của răng sữa. - Phần thứ năm: Bộ răng trong bối cảnh sinh hoạt, trình bày các vấn đề về giải phẫu so sánh, giải phẫu tiến hoá, nhân học răng. - Phần thứ sáu: Thực hành giải phẫu răng, trình bày các bài giảng và cách thức tiến hành bài tập thực hành giải phẫu răng bao gồm vẽ răng, điêu khắc răng bằng thạch cao và bằng sáp.
Ngoài ra sách còn có phần đối chiếu thuật ngữ Anh – Việt, Việt – Anh và bản tra từ (index).
